FAQs
Will the paint come off my wearable sneaker design?
Sneakers undergo a preparation process and are painted using high quality professional leather paints and finishers which make them scratch resistant and waterproof. While they’re created to be as durable as possible, they are not made for extensive wear and tear and should be worn with care to ensure that they stay in the best condition.
If your shoes get dirty, please hand wash them. A warm soapy cloth or sponge will not harm the paint work. DO NOT put your shoes in the washing machine.
Is international shipping available?
Yes! International shipping is available, please be aware that customs fees may be encountered upon the package’s arrival to the destination country. You will be required to cover any extra postage fees so please research your country’s requirements.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the unique and made-to-order designs, all sales are final and non refundable. If you are purchasing shoes, please make sure to check manufacturer specific size guides:

How MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR PAINTED SNEAKERS?
Sneaker pricing is really dependent on the design, however, I have a tiered pricing system which explains it a little better!
HOW do I order?
If you are looking to have your own personalised sneakers made, you can contact me via my enquiry form or email. Please send details of the brief, inspiration images, an idea of the budget, delivery country and shoe/garment size. If you would like to order a different kind of personalised piece e.g. bag, wallet, jacket etc. then please get in touch via contact form.
How long will my personalised piece take to deliver?
Personalised sneakers take up to 7-8 weeks for UK orders and up to 9-10 weeks for international orders. Each pair is specially designed, hand prepped and hand-painted to the highest quality.
Personalised paintings and other canvases will vary, you will receive an estimated date of completion with your quote.
How do I find my shoe size?
Each manufacturer has different size guides. I highly recommend trying on the shoe type in your local store. Once you have the correct size I request that you send an image of the size in the inner lining (usually found behind the tongue or inner side panel). If the shoes do not fit, you are responsible and refunds can’t be issued if you do not specify the correct size.
